Select Advantage – Private Fee-For-Service (PFFS)

Select Advantage
Select Advantage, our Medicare Advantage PFFS plan, gives you the freedom to choose any physician or go to any hospital. There are no networks and no limitations as long as the health care provider accepts the plan’s payment terms and conditions.

Keystone 65 – Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)

Our Keystone 65 plans combine the benefits of Medicare and a typical Medicare supplement with the features of an HMO plan.

Keystone 65 Value, Value Plus, Standard
Keystone 65 Value, Value Plus and Standard are Medicare Advantage HMO plans designed for members who are looking for everything from lower monthly premiums to higher copays or higher monthly premiums to lower copays and everything in between.

Keystone 65 Complete
Keystone 65 Complete is our Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan with no monthly premium designed for people with full Medicare and Medicaid benefits.

Personal Choice 65^SM – Preferred Provider Organization (PPO)

Personal Choice 65 Standard
Personal Choice 65 Standard, our Medicare Advantage PPO plan, gives you the freedom to go to any doctor or hospital in the U.S. without a referral. And, unlike our HMO plan, you won’t need to select a primary care physician for your care.

Security 65^® – Medigap

Security 65
Security 65 is our series of Medicare Supplement Medical plans (Medigap). Our Security 65 plans combine the benefits of Original Medicare and features of a traditional, fee-for-service health plan.

You can also purchase BlueRx, our Medicare prescription drug coverage, with any Security 65 plan.
