The 2009 health plans are available for you to review. Should you be considering a 2008 or a 2009 health plan?

2009 Coverage

View 2009 plan information if you:

are joining for the first time;
switching from the plan you have now.

2009 health plans are effective January 1, 2009. Benefits, formulary, pharmacy network, premiums, and/or copayments/coinsurance may change on January 1, 2010.

2008 Coverage

In certain circumstances you may be able to enroll in a 2008 plan.

View 2008 plan information if you:

would like to review current 2008 plan information;
are turning 65 and are newly eligible for Medicare in 2008;
have just moved into the plan's service area;
are enrolled in another prescription drug plan whose 2008 contract is terminated;
want to move from an employer-sponsored prescription drug plan to a Medicare Prescription Drug Plan;
have full Medicaid benefits.

2008 health plans are effective until December 31, 2008. Benefits, formulary, pharmacy network, premiums, and/or copayments/coinsurance may change on January 1, 2009.
