Select Advantage
A Medicare Advantage Private Fee-For-Service (PFFS) Plan
Select Advantage is a Private Fee-For-Service (PFFS) plan that helps you save money while enjoying the freedom to go to virtually any doctor or hospital in the United States who accepts Medicare – without a referral. You can enroll in Select Advantage if you live in the service area which includes Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties in Pennsylvania.
Select Advantage provides members with:
- No networks as long as the health care provider accepts the plans Terms and Conditions
- No referrals
- No requirement to select a primary care physician
- Virtually no paperwork
- Routine medical exams and screenings
- Access to health resources and wellness programs
- Help managing chronic conditions, such as asthma, diabetes, and COPD
Select Advantage offers an option with and without Part D prescription drug coverage: Select Advantage Silver.

Need extra help with health plan and drug costs?
If you have limited income and resources, you may qualify for low-income subsidy. When you join Select Advantage, Medicare will tell us how much extra help you are getting. Then, we will let you know the amount you will pay. If you qualify, your drug costs will also be lower.
