Select Advantage helps cover the “gaps” in coverage usually associated with having just Original Medicare alone, and gives you flexibility when it comes to doctor and hospital choice. It includes extra benefits like a free fitness center membership, preventive care, and vision and hearing services. You can also get built-in Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage with a Select Advantage plan.
No. If you enroll in Select Advantage, you must get Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage through the plan.
No. With Select Advantage, there are no network requirements and no referrals. As long as your doctor is willing to accept the payment terms and conditions of the plan, you may use any provider who would otherwise be paid by Medicare. (You must let doctors and hospitals know ahead of time that you have Select Advantage.)

Yes. This is coverage that goes where you go it is not confined to the Greater Philadelphia region. You’re covered with full benefits throughout the United States.
If you have asthma, diabetes, or another chronic condition, you can get the one-on-one support you need to manage your health through ConnectionsSM Health Management Programs. You’ll have access to a Health Coach you can talk to anytime day or night, seven days a week.
A formulary the list of drugs covered by the plan is included. We’ve negotiated special prices with drug companies for the medications in our formulary. Review the formulary.
It’s easy. Select the plan you want, complete the enrollment form, and mail it in the postage-paid envelope provided. You can be in only one Medicare Advantage plan at a time.
