Keystone 65
A Medicare Advantage Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) plan
Keystone 65 gives you all the benefits of Original Medicare plus many more. You can enroll in Keystone 65 if you live in the service area that includes Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties in Pennsylvania.
Whether you are looking for a plan that has a lower monthly premium and higher copays or one that has higher monthly premiums with lower copays, Keystone 65 has those plans and more for you. Keep reading to find out more.

Keystone 65 offers three plan options, with and without prescription drug: Keystone 65 Value, Keystone 65 Advantage, and Keystone 65 Preferred.

Need extra help with health plan and drug costs?
If you have limited income and resources, you may qualify for low-income subsidy. When you join Keystone 65, Medicare will tell us how much extra help you are getting. Then, we will let you know the amount you will pay. If you qualify, your drug costs will also be lower.
