A Medicare Advantage Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) plan
Keystone 65 HMO gives you all the benefits of Original Medicare plus many more. You can enroll in Keystone 65 HMO if you live in the service area that includes Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties in Pennsylvania.

Keystone 65 HMO offers two plan options, with and without prescription drug: Keystone 65 Advantage HMO, and Keystone 65 Preferred HMO.

Need extra help with health plan and drug costs?
If you have limited income and resources, you may qualify for low-income subsidy. When you join Keystone 65 HMO, Medicare will tell us how much extra help you are getting. Then, we will let you know the amount you will pay. If you qualify, your drug costs will also be lower.
