SilverSneakers^® Fitness Program
Our SilverSneakers program gives you a free basic fitness center membership and access to amenities such as treadmills, weights, heated pools, and fitness classes. Once you’ve enrolled in SilverSneakers you can use any participating location across the nation. SilverSneakers is not available with Security 65 plans.

Healthy Lifestyles^SM Programs
Our Healthy Lifestyles programs are designed to educate and encourage healthy behavior through active participation. Our most popular programs offer reimbursement for weight management and smoking cessation programs.

Connections^SM Health Management Programs
Connections provides information and support to encourage members to take an active role in their care. This program supports members who have everyday health concerns, in addition to those with more serious chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, or heart disease.

Case Management
Case management provides members with health management support. It is a free and confidential program offered to members who are experiencing complex health issues or challenges.

Health Information
Our goal is to provide members with the information they need to become educated consumers of health and medical services. We provide information from nationally recognized health sources on general health and safety, family health, and seasonal topics.
