Correction to 2007 Formularies

To our valued Medicare members:

If you received a 2007 Product Information packet or Annual Notice of Change with our list of formulary drugs in the mail this fall, we want to let you know that due to a technical problem, there were differences in the copay costs for certain drugs listed compared to what you may have found on the Medicare website. You will find a list that shows the drugs, dosages and copay amounts that were incorrect by clicking here. All other copays were listed correctly on the printed formulary guide and our website.

We sincerely apologize for this error and any confusion it may have caused you. We have taken steps to insure that both you and your pharmacist have the correct information and there are no problems filling your prescriptions accurately.

Certain dosages of drugs listed on the Medicare website are incorrectly shown at a lower tier, resulting in a lower cost to members who use those drugs. Please be assured that in all cases, you will be charged at the lower tier for the drugs and the dosages that were listed at the lower tier incorrectly. We will honor the lower copay through December 31, 2007.
