Personal Choice 65 PPO, our Medicare Advantage PPO plan, gives your Medicare beneficiaries the freedom to go to any doctor or hospital in the U.S. without a referral. And, unlike our HMO and POS plans, your employees won’t need to select a primary care physician for their care.
