This is an important message from Keystone 65 HMO, your Medicare Advantage Plan.

A letter may have been sent to you in error by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, an agency of the federal government. The letter states that your health plan will not be offered in 2010. Please disregard this letter. Your Keystone 65 Preferred HMO and Keystone 65 Advantage HMO coverage is available in 2010. If you have already renewed your plan, you do not need to do anything. Otherwise, now is the time to evaluate your Keystone 65 HMO plan options.
